Is a KaziLearn account really free?
Yes. Creating an account, browsing the marketplace, tracking your CPD log and verifying certificates are all free. You pay only for paid courses you choose to take.
How do course payments work?
Paid marketplace courses are one-off M-Pesa payments. Enter your phone number, confirm the STK prompt with your PIN, and enrolment is instant once payment completes.
How do marketplace settlements work for providers?
Sales settle monthly. The platform retains a 20 percent fee and the remainder is paid to the selling organisation, with a downloadable statement per period.
What payment methods do you accept?
M-Pesa, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer for Enterprise. KES is the default — USD invoicing available on Enterprise.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Month-to-month with no contracts on Provider. Cancel any time and your published courses stay live for enrolled learners until the end of the billing period.
Do you offer discounts for NGOs or government?
